FRIDAY, APRIL 25 5:00pm - CHOCOLATE THUNDER Linda Rodney came from a long line of strong female vocalists. Her mother and aunts stirred her interest in singers such as Aretha Franklin, Bessie Smith, Patti Labelle, and Shirley Cesar. Linda began singing in the early 60’s and knew singing would be her lifelong passion from the first day she sang in church. She has performed with artists such as Eddy Kirkland, Big Bill Morganfield, Sunny Rhodes, Little Pink Anderson, Cootie Starks, Sandra Hall, opened for B.B. King, and many others. 7:00pm -THE LEE BOYS The Lee Boys are one of America’s finest African-American sacred steel ensembles. This family group consists of three brothers, Alvin Lee (guitar), Derrick Lee and Keith Lee (vocals). “Sacred steel” is the type of music described as an inspired, unique form of Gospel music with a hard-driving, blues-based beat. The musical genre is rooted in Gospel, but infused with rhythm and blues.
SATURDAY, APRIL 26 3:00pm - THE DROVERS OLD TIME MEDICINE SHOW The Drovers Old Time Medicine Show was officially formed in 1987 and has been playing hard charging hillbilly music with a good dose of country humor ever since. The band started out as a kind of back porch honky tonk band, but over the years with the lineup and instrumentation shifting here and there, has become a bare knuckles bluegrass band with a good dose of country humor.
5:00pm - MIKE LOWRY BAND The Empire State of the South has struck a resounding chord in the great American idiom Rock n’ Roll. Georgia has proven itself a showcase for the southern music scene, now the Peach State is sending another son into the world of American music, Mike Lowry. He’s breathed in the smoke-filled air of hole-in-the-wall rib joints and felt the clickety-clak of the freights driving straight thru to Atlanta and that influence shines through in the true-to-life stories he tells through his songwriting and his virtuosic guitarmanship. 7:00pm - RANDALL BRAMLETT BAND The Randall Bramblett Band is an extraordinary group of pros from the Athens/Atlanta area. On guitars are old friends and writing partners from the early days, Davis Causey and a new and versatile arrival, Mike Hines. This band has opened for Widespread Panic and Steve Winwood and has been generating a tremendous buzz and rave reviews wherever they perform. The rare combination of songwriting and musicianship makes the Randall Bramblett Band so unique and guarantees a live experience you won’t forget.

FRIDAY, APRIL 25 5:00pm - MICHAEL WOLF AND THE VOODOO BROTHERS A big helping of Chicago, Texas and Delta Blues served up with Hot Vocals, Smokin' Guitar and Cool Grooves. The lead guitarist, Michael “Wolf” Ingmire was inspired to play guitar by Jimi Hendrix and inspired musically by Robert Johnson to play blues. 7:00pm -SOUTHERN CRESCENT BAND Southern Crescent is one of the most versatile variety bands in the upstate of South Carolina. Mixing a variety of music including oldies, beach, pop, and rock, the band adjusts their broad song selection to each audience’s particular tastes.
SATURDAY, APRIL 26 12:00pm - TONY TIDWELL Hailing from South Carolina, Tony Tidwell and The Scalded Dogs take country as a divining rod, and seem to strike auga wherever they point it. In the music biz they call this Roots Rock. It is a hybrid of Country and Rock, first made popular in the 60's by The Band, Dylan's one-time back up musicians. The songs have an honesty about them that makes the listener feel good and whole.
2:00pm - MARC HIGGINS BAND Formed in the early spring of 2005 in Spartanburg, South Carolina Marc Higgins Band is already becoming an upstate "must hear and see" with other regions soon to follow. Having Toured in support of their 2006 debut CD "Change is Good"; Marc Higgins Band has already made fans out of first time listeners. As a seasoned songwriter, Marc Higgins shows depth and much diversity using tasteful guitar licks, raw harmonica melody and alluring lyrics.
4:00pm - [golden] Combining the lyrical sincerity of David Gray, the musical sophistication of Steely Dan, and the dynamic energy of Maroon 5, GOLDEN is one of those rare bands that can move both the spirit and the body. For the past three years, GOLDEN has been honing their unique blend of rock and pop on the Southeast’s most prestigious stages – in Atlanta at The Roxy, Center Stage, The Cotton Club, Smith’s Olde Bar, and Eddie’s Attic, and on the road at venues from South Carolina to Texas.
6:00pm - GARY PFAFF AND OBSESSION DAY In an era when most band's records are better than their live show and when it's image over quality, Obsession Day stands a step above the rest, proving over and over again that they are the "total package". It is no surprise that the number of "obsessed" fans grows daily with the release of their self titled debut featuring 10 emotional, yet rocking tracks that have drawn comparisons to Coldplay, early U2, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers and to newer bands like Switchfoot, The Killers and The Fray. The bands energetic liveshows turn O Day newbies into instant fans with a single run of their set. The easy, laid back manner in which the band presents itself is probably due to the fact that every member of Obsession Day is a seasoned pro. Frontman, Gary Pfaff, started as a singer/songwriter that toured with Edwin McCain and other platinum selling artists in the late 90's. Drummer, Kevin Caldwell, has performed in numerous bands including Wil's Drama and most recently he toured with Sugarland in support of their smash debut. Jon Brown, who shares the songwriting duties in the band settles in on guitar with accomplishments ranging from rock to hip hop and everything in between. O Day bassist, Samm Darden, is the most recent addition to the band providing the perfect accompaniament with his rich and innovative approach.
